OK. Was served quickly on the drive in. Staff is friendly. Order was put together correctly

Just closes all mc donalds stores anyway, there is hardly any choice and overpriced many people want burger king because there is plenty of meat

Less than a week later, I received a letter of apology with a small menu voucher from the restaurant manager in the mail. Apparently the complaint is being taken seriously, and the response up to this point has been very professional. After all, they try to keep me as a customer - in fact, otherwise I would not have gone to this branch. I am curious to see whether the service regarding the completeness of an order will improve during the coming visits. Unfortunately, people here systematically and regularly forget to enclose parts of the order. Today a sad record with two menus: forgot two mayo with the fries, forgot sweet and sour sauce with the Chicken McNuggets, forgot the Coca-Cola special offer glass. There is always something missing, but that was the highlight today!

Ordered a McChicken today with a worm in it. Drive straight back and this problem is revealed. The restaurant manager immediately snatched the burger from me and disappeared.
